Guild Wars won't load! D:

So heres what happens:
I'll click on the Guild Wars shortcut and it will come up with the usual loading screen. It says Connecting to ArenaNet 0% and just stays there. I don't know if theres something wrong with the game client or with the internet. We just switched from DSL to Cable, but I don't think that would affect the game itself.

If anyone could shed some light on this situation that would be great,

Never mind, did some tweaking and got it to work... phew

What did you do and what caused your problem? I am a bit curious now.....

Well our router had been giving us trouble, so we reset it back to factory settings and re-configured it for our new house. I read on the GW support page that Netgear routers have been reported to cause trouble with GW if the port that GW uses is not mapped correctly. So we went in and sure enough it was not set, I figure this is because we had reset it. So we put in the info, saved settings, and here I am. :3

I'll have to keep that in mind when I finally get around to connecting the other computer in the house to the internet.....
